HOW DO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY ORDER. HOW DO I FIX IT?

Please email helodiecosmetics@gmail.com as soon as possible as orders begin to process upon receipt. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently we only ship in the USA but we are working on shipping internationally very soon! Make sure to subscribe to be the first to know when we do!

 

ARE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING CUSTOMS DUTY AND TAXES?

Yes, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees required by customs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed by 5pm typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 1-2 days to process your order.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

USPS (3-5 business days) for domestic and (6-10 business days) for international. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to countries outside of the USA.  Due to the high volume of orders during product launches and sale periods, we may experience a delay in shipping.

Please note items shipped outside the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Helodie Cosmetics.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Unless product is damaged upon receipt.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I BUY IN ONE PURCHASE?

Currently there is no limit to how many items or of the same items you can purchase. Depending on product availability please allow 2 weeks for replenishment.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

Once a product is nearing low stock we will restock that product within 2 weeks.

DOES HELODIE COSMETICS TEST ON ANIMALS?

Helodie Cosmetics never tests on animals.

CAN I BUY HELODIE COSMETICS ANYWHERE ELSE?

Currently you can only purchase Helodie Cosmetics online at www.helodiecosmetics.com

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT THAN ONLINE?

Depending on a various factors, color variances may look different online than in person. For example computer/camera settings, skin tone, lighting, etc.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT SOMETHINGS WRONG, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you received your order and something is wrong, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Helodie Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
